1. Watermelon Mint Dressing
- 2 Cups Cubed Watermelon
- 3 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mint
2. Asian Ginger Dressing
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp Minced Ginger Root
- 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 Cup Water
3. Honey Apple Cider Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Honey
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
